Welcome Axel!

Purebred German Shepherd from German lines. He is 11 weeks old (Birthday May 24), and we are all absolutely in love with him. He is already sleeping through the night in his crate, and has only had just a couple accidents, mostly people errors in bringing him in too soon. His biggest problem besides the cats are the stairs. He is so afraid to go down them. Of course, he is very top heavy at the moment and I don't blame him!

I already have him and me signed up for puppy classes starting next week!

Oh, and for the curious, he is the rest of the bunch!

Good gracious, its been over a month..

Wow, I just realized how long it has been since I posted anything. It is not that it has been quiet, quite the opposite in fact. Way too much going on and no desire to sit and post after working all day and doing my school work.

Work is going WONDERFULLY... I have totally proven myself and my value to my superiors, they have a hard time keeping me in work some days :) I just tell them, I like to work, its what I'm there for afterall.

Anyway, I'm considering a puppy in a few months... ok, I'm GOING to get a puppy in a few months. More specifically, I want a german shepherd. My goal is to get into obedience and agility, do the dog show thing and hopefully get titled. I want a hobby that keeps me away from the computer and on my feet doing something athletic. Also, we finally have the finances for a dog, and the room for one. I'm sure our cats won't be too happy, but nonetheless, until they learn to come when they are called, I need a dog for that.

Other than that... been gardening, been working out again. Got bicycles for Kat and I, and Megan had hers. Also bid on a bike rack so we can take our bikes places, it should be here in a few days.

Life in general is good, and I plan on keeping it going in this direction.
