Heh, on the other hand, we usually have been pretty lucky at all the 'big' choices in life and able to get them on the first trys.
And blah on the hasty stuff, it wasn't hasty, that house was exactly what we needed, where we needed. Which is the only reason I wanted it so much. Course, I was looking at a few more listings and found out that it started at 219, no wonder the guy wouldnt consider anything below 175.

yah.. but no plans to move back soon and sick of dropping 900 in rent a month that goes no where but lining pockets.
Would rather OWN something eventually.
Just my two cents on it, but hell people everywhere else seem to think its hella cheap here.
